GIGILANDING recognizes the importance of personal information (including sensitive personal information) to you and will take all reasonable measures to protect it. GIGILANDING is committed to maintaining your trust and adheres to the following principles to safeguard your personal information: accountability, purpose limitation, choice and consent, data minimization, transparency, security, and user participation. GIGILANDING also commits to implementing industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to all services related to GIGILANDING. When you download, install, open, browse, register, log in to, or use (collectively, "use") GIGILANDING and related services, GIGILANDING will collect, store, use, share, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Before using any GIGILANDING services, please carefully read and fully understand this Privacy Policy and make the choices you deem appropriate. By beginning to use GIGILANDING services, you signify that you fully understand and agree to this Privacy Policy. Please note this Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by GIGILANDING and does not apply to information collected by third-party services (including any third-party websites) that may be accessed through GIGILANDING services.

Definitions
1. "GIGILANDING": refers to the GIGILANDING website, the GIGILANDING CRM client application, or the entity that owns or operates the GIGILANDING CRM website, namely Hangzhou Jijidao Security Technology Co., Ltd., and its affiliates.
2. "Personal information": means any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, including basic personal data (name, date of birth), identity information (ID card, military ID, passport, work ID), biometric information (genetic data, fingerprints), network identity identifiers (system account, IP address, email address and related passwords, passphrases, password recovery answers), health information, education and employment information (occupation, title, employer, education, degrees), financial information (bank account numbers, deposit information, transaction and consumption records, assets, credit information), communications information (contact methods, communication records and content), contact lists (address book, friends list, group lists), browsing and usage logs, device identifiers (hardware serial number, device MAC address, installed software list, unique device identifier), location information (movement tracks, precise location, accommodation information), and other information (marital history, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, undisclosed criminal records, etc.).
3. "Sensitive personal information": means personal information that, once disclosed, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal or property safety, easily lead to damage to reputation, physical or mental health, or discriminatory treatment. This includes financial information (bank account details, authentication information, transaction and consumption records), biometric data, identity documents (ID card, military ID, passport, work ID), network identity identifiers (system accounts, email addresses and related passwords), and other information such as phone numbers, sexual orientation, marital history, location tracks, browsing history, and precise location. In this Privacy Policy, sensitive personal information will be specially emphasized where applicable.
4. "Collect": obtaining control over personal information, including information voluntarily provided by the data subject, automatically collected through interaction or behavior logs, and indirectly obtained through sharing, transfer, or public sources.
5. "Delete": removing personal information from systems involved in daily business so that it is no longer retrievable or accessible.
6. "Public disclosure": releasing information to the public or unspecified groups.
7. "Transfer": the process of transferring control of personal information from one controller to another.
8. "Share": providing personal information from one controller to another controller where both parties maintain independent control over the information.
9. "Anonymization": the technical process by which personal information is processed so that the individual cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored. Note: information obtained after anonymization is not personal information.
10. "De-identification": the technical process that renders personal information unable to identify the data subject without additional information.
11. "Affiliates": companies that have an affiliation relationship with one another, such as relationships among shareholders, actual controllers, directors, supervisors, or senior management and the enterprises they directly or indirectly control, or other relationships that may result in transfer of interests.
1. How we collect and use personal information
We collect information in accordance with applicable laws and the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity while you use GIGILANDING and related services. The personal information we collect or request from you is used to:
a. Ensure basic and proper operation of the product;
b. Provide features and services;
c. Optimize and improve the product and services;
d. Ensure product and user security;
e. Comply with laws, regulations and national standards.
(a) Information we proactively collect and use
We collect information you provide voluntarily when using the services and information generated during your usage, including but not limited to:
1. Ensuring normal operation of GIGILANDING and related services
To ensure proper operation of the software and services, we may collect device model, OS version, IMEI, device MAC address, IP address, software version, network access type, operation logs, and similar information. These data are necessary for providing services and maintaining product functionality.
2. Logging into GIGILANDING and related services
When registering and logging into a GIGILANDING account, you may need to provide your company name and mobile phone number; we may verify the account via SMS verification code.
3. Information collected during service usage
When using products or services referenced in the section on changes to the purposes of collection and use, we may collect device information (OS, software version, IP address), browsing information (search keywords, visited page URLs and times), and address book data (call logs, contact lists, call records where permitted).
The information you provide will be authorized for our use during your use of the services and will be stopped and deleted upon account cancellation. These data are stored within the People's Republic of China and are not transferred cross-border unless you explicitly consent and we comply with applicable laws.
If you choose not to provide certain information, you may be unable to register as our user or use certain services, or certain features may not function as intended.
(b) Changes in purpose of collection and use of personal information
Please be aware that as our business evolves, GIGILANDING’s features and services may change. Generally, if a new function or service is directly or reasonably related to registration, authentication, customer management, data-driven customer acquisition, performance evaluation, call recording, automated outbound calling, etc., we may collect and use personal information consistent with the original purposes. For new purposes that are not directly or reasonably related to the original purposes, we will notify you and obtain your consent again.
Photo data usage: We only access your photo album when uploading an avatar or posting content; such data will not be used for advertising tracking or shared with third parties.
(c) Situations where consent is not required by law
Under certain circumstances prescribed by law and/or national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent, such as:
(1) Matters directly related to national security or defense;
(2) Matters directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
(3) Matters directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
(4) When it is necessary to protect someone's life or property and obtaining consent is difficult;
(5) Information you have made public yourself;
(6) Information obtained from legally disclosed public sources, such as lawful news reports or government disclosures;
(7) When necessary to conclude or perform a contract at your request;
(8) Necessary for maintaining the security and stability of GIGILANDING and related services, such as detecting and resolving faults;
(9) Other circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations.
Please note: information that cannot identify you alone or in combination is not considered personal information. When information can be used alone or combined to identify you, it will be treated as personal information and protected accordingly.
2. Our use of cookies and similar technologies
(a) Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used on the Internet. When you use GIGILANDING and related services, we may send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your usage. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to:
• Ensure the security and efficient operation of products and services: We may set authentication or security cookies or anonymous identifiers to verify secure login and detect unauthorized or fraudulent use. These technologies also help improve service efficiency and speed up login and response times.
• Provide a more convenient access experience: GIGILANDING may store useful information so we can recognize you on subsequent visits. Cookies from GIGILANDING can only be read by GIGILANDING. If your browser is set to refuse cookies, you can still use GIGILANDING and related services.
(b) Web beacons and pixel tags
In addition to cookies, we may use web beacons and pixel tags. For example, emails we send may include clickable URLs linking to our site; clicking such links may be tracked to help us understand your preferences and improve customer service. Web beacons are typically transparent images embedded in web pages or emails. Using pixel tags in emails, we can determine whether an email has been opened. If you do not wish to be tracked in this way, you may unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time.
3. How we store personal information
(a) Storage location
In accordance with laws and regulations, personal information collected and generated in the course of domestic operations is stored within the People's Republic of China. We do not currently transfer such data overseas; if we do so in the future, we will comply with applicable laws and obtain your explicit consent.
(b) Retention period
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide GIGILANDING services. For example, account information will be retained until you withdraw, delete, or cancel your account. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information unless otherwise required by law.
4. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose personal information
(a) Sharing, transfer, and third-party collection
Respecting user privacy is a fundamental principle of GIGILANDING. Except as described below, we will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations, or individuals:
1. Sharing with your explicit consent: With your clear consent, we may share your personal information with third parties.
2. Sharing in response to judicial or administrative requests: We may share your information when required by courts or government agencies.
3. Sharing with our affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with GIGILANDING affiliates. We will only share necessary information and restrict its use to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. If affiliates change the purpose of processing, we will seek your authorization again.
4. Sharing with authorized partners: Some services may be provided by authorized partners. We may share necessary personal information with partners to provide better service and user experience, limited to legitimate, specific, and necessary purposes (for example, sharing information with logistics companies when you purchase products). Partners are not permitted to use shared personal information for other purposes.
We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with entities with which we share personal information, requiring them to follow our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and related security measures when processing personal information.
5. Transfer of personal information in mergers and acquisitions
As our business evolves, assets may be transferred in mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations, and your personal information may be transferred. In such events, we will require the successor to continue protecting your personal information according to laws and at least the standards of this Privacy Policy, or we will seek your consent again.

Except for necessary disclosures when announcing penalties for violating accounts or fraudulent behavior, we will not publicly disclose your information unless required by law or with your consent. Any public disclosure will adopt industry-standard security measures.

Under laws and national standards, we may share, transfer, or disclose your personal information without consent in circumstances such as matters related to national security, public safety, criminal investigations, protection of someone’s life or property where consent is difficult to obtain, information you have made public yourself, or information obtained from lawful public sources.
5. How we protect personal information
(a) We take the security of your personal information seriously and will implement reasonable technical and managerial measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, damage, loss, or misuse.
(b) We deploy industry-standard encryption, anonymization, and other feasible measures to protect your personal information and use security mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks.
(c) We maintain dedicated security teams, management systems, and data security procedures. Strict data usage and access controls ensure only authorized personnel can access personal information, and we conduct security audits as needed.
(d) Despite reasonable measures and compliance with applicable standards, due to technical limitations and potential malicious activities, information security cannot be guaranteed 100%. We recommend users protect their own information by using strong passwords, changing passwords regularly, and not disclosing account credentials to others.
(e) We maintain incident response plans and will activate them immediately in the event of a data security incident to limit impacts. If a user information security incident occurs (such as leakage or loss), we will promptly notify you of the basic facts and potential impact, the measures taken or to be taken, suggestions to reduce risks, and remediation measures. Notifications will be made via push notification, email, letter, SMS, or other reasonable means. We will also report to relevant regulatory authorities as required.
(f) Please note that the protections provided by this Privacy Policy apply only to GIGILANDING and related services. Once you leave GIGILANDING services to browse or use other websites or services, we are not responsible for or able to protect personal information you provide to those external sites, regardless of whether you accessed them via links from GIGILANDING.
6. Your rights
(a) Access to your personal information
Except as required by judicial or administrative authorities, you have the right to access your personal information at any time, including account information. You can access or edit your phone number, password, and other account details via the GIGILANDING PC or mobile client. You may also clear search history using the search clear function. If you cannot access these features, contact us and we will reply as soon as possible.
(b) Correction of your personal information
If you find errors in the personal information you submitted or that we process, you may correct it yourself. If you cannot correct it, contact us and we will respond to your correction request promptly.
(c) Deletion of your personal information
You may delete your personal information yourself or request deletion. You may request deletion when: (1) our processing violates laws; (2) we collected or used your information without consent; (3) our processing violates our agreement with you; (4) you no longer use our products or services or you cancel your account; (5) we no longer provide services to you. If we honor your deletion request, we will also notify entities that obtained your personal information from us to delete it, unless such entities have separate lawful grounds. We will delete corresponding information from backups as well. If we cease operations due to poor business conditions, we will stop collecting your personal information and delete collected data promptly.
(d) Modify or cancel your account
You may modify or cancel your GIGILANDING account. Account cancellation is irreversible and your personal information will be deleted. After cancellation, the phone number will be unbound. To modify or cancel an account, follow the prompts to contact customer service for assistance.
(e) Obtain a copy of your personal information
Upon written request, we will provide a copy of certain personal information we hold about you, such as basic personal and identity data, limited to information we have collected.
(f) Restrict automated decision-making
For business features that rely solely on automated decision-making (including algorithms), if such decisions significantly affect your rights, you may request an explanation and we will provide remedies as appropriate.
(g) Responding to requests
To protect security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise verify your identity before we process requests. We will respond within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied, you may call 400-801-5312. We generally do not charge for reasonable requests but may charge for repeated or excessive requests. We may refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, require disproportionate technical means, pose risks to others’ rights, or are otherwise impractical (e.g., data stored only on backup tapes).
We may not be able to comply with requests in circumstances required by law, such as matters related to national security, public safety, criminal investigations, evidence of malicious intent or abuse of rights, risk of serious harm to others’ rights, or where commercial secrets are involved.
(h) Rights upon cessation of operations
If we cease operations, we will stop collecting personal information, notify you individually or by public announcement, and delete or anonymize retained personal information.
7. Terms for minors
If you are under 18 years old, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy together with your parent or legal guardian before using GIGILANDING and related services. We protect minors’ personal information according to laws and only collect, use, share, or disclose minors’ information when permitted by law, with parental consent, or when necessary to protect the minor. If we discover we have collected a minor's personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete such data. Guardians with questions may contact us through the channels published in this policy.
8. Revisions and notices to the Privacy Policy
(a) To provide you better services, GIGILANDING will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Such updates form part of this Privacy Policy and have the same legal effect. We will not reduce your rights under the currently effective Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
(b) After updates, we will publish the revised policy within the GIGILANDING client and website and notify you of changes before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of our services indicates consent to the updated policy.
(c) For significant changes, we will provide more prominent notices (such as email, SMS, private message, or special notices on pages) describing the specific changes.
Significant changes include but are not limited to: material changes to service models (processing purposes, types of personal information processed, usage methods), changes in ownership or organizational structure, changes to the primary recipients when sharing/transferring/disclosing personal information, changes to user rights and their exercise methods, and changes to departments or contact channels responsible for data security and complaints.
9. Scope of application
This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Hangzhou Jijidao Security Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, including the GIGILANDING client and website. It does not apply to third-party products or services that have separate privacy policies and are not included in this policy.
This policy does not apply to: (1) third-party products or services, including products, websites, or ads presented in personalized recommendations or linked from GIGILANDING; (2) third parties that advertise on behalf of GIGILANDING. Your use of third-party services and any personal information you provide to them are governed by their terms and privacy policies, so please read those carefully and protect your information accordingly.
Features and services described may vary depending on your device model, system version, or application version; the actual product and service are subject to the version you use.

(b) Definitions: (1) "GIGILANDING and related services" refers to products and services provided by the company and its affiliates through legally owned and operated GIGILANDING application clients and GIGILANDING website, including but not limited to customer management and data-driven customer acquisition functions. (2) "Affiliates" means any company or organization that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another party now or in the future, including their legal representatives. "Control" means the ability to influence management through ownership, voting rights, contracts, or other lawful means.
(c) Copyright of this Privacy Policy belongs to Hangzhou Jijidao Security Technology Co., Ltd. Within the limits permitted by law, we reserve the right to interpret and modify this policy.
